Wolverine owes a debt to a dead man and it leads him to a rogue member of one of the strangest families in comics. In this week’s Wolverine Annual #1 Logan tracks down the mystery of Vincent of the ClanDestine. This is the finale to the story from FF Annual #11 and Daredevil Annual #1.
I love Alan Davis as an artist and writer. When it comes to Comicon Guests Davis is at the top of my wish list. I can envision multiple panels: Captain Britain UK, Excalibur, Uncanny X-Men, and The ClanDestine. So I was very excited to share the news I saw on the Axel-In-Charge column on CBR: ClanDestine is coming back in upcoming Marvel Annuals.
“It just comes down to the fact that Alan is a top-tier creator, and ClanDestine are his creation. There’s a hardcore group of ClanDestine fans out there, but we figured, why not have that team interact with the rest of the Marvel Universe and go for the biggest audience possible? It’s a win-win for everyone,” Alonso revealed along with some images of the ClanDestine with Wolverine.

The ClanDestine are a family of hidden heroes with a bloodline of supernatural origins. Immortal Adam Destine and his children: Albert, Samantha, William, Dominic, Walter and Kay Cera are like a tigher knit, eccentric version of Inhumans and very British. I always love Argent’s costume. If you loved his work on Excalibur then you will enjoy this freaky family’s adventures.
