Will Skyfall hit the target with James Bond fans? The latest 007 film is already winning rave reviews. The writer of the latest adventure will be back for the next film. John Logan (Hugo, Gladiator) was brought in to rewrite the script by Neal Purvis and Robert Wade. Logan will be the lone scribe on the next film according to The Daily Mail.
Purvis and Wade have worked on Bond films (The World Is Not Enough, Die Another Day, Casino Royale, Quantum of Solace, Skyfall) and had an amazing run.
When asked by Digital Spy about director Sam Mendes coming back, producer Barbara Broccoli didn’t rule out having director back to helm a future Bond film.
“We’d love to have him back. He’s been a terrific director.”
Producer Michael G. Wilson said “hoping to continue along the lines with Daniel and try to make the best possible movie”.
“With Sam helming it and the great cast we put together… from the public reaction we’ve had so far it looks like we’ve managed to do that,” he said.
