Toby Jones will reprise his role as Arnim Zola in Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Will the meek Nazi scientist who served the Red Skull be transformed into the modern robotic monstrosity (see the middle character on this cover on the side) comic book fans love to hate in the sequel?

“All I can say about it is that I was pleased to be brought back. I thought I might be–because you’d know better than I do–but Zola finds a way to defeat time and you won’t be disappointed with the way that’s been treated in the film, that’s what I would say,” Jones tells ComingSoon.

Hugo Weaving (Red Skull) is not listed in the credits for the sequel so it could Continue reading

Pearce wasn’t just the billionaire behind the mission of Prometheus on the big screen. Peace became an internet sensation in a viral video revealing Pearce as Peter Weyland- founder of the “company” in the Alien movie mythology.

This summer Pearce is creating Continue reading

The final Man of Steel trailer courtesy Warner Brothers before the movie is here. The teasers and trailers began with heartfelt emotion and images of a boy playing with his cape in the backyard have evolved into more and more action and much darker! This final trailer begins with a message from Zod (Michael Shannon) to the people of Earth and a warning to Kal-El (Henry Cavill).

Watch:

This is the first time we’ve seen Superman use his laser vision, seen a close up and the villainess Faora speak and what Zod’s alien spacecraft is capable of! Plus, there are definitely more than three evil Kryptonians hunting Kal-El!

"Much Ado About Nothing" SIFF Opening Night

“Much Ado About Nothing” SIFF Opening Night

Nathan Fillion (Castle, Firefly, Serenity) stars in Joss Whedon’s retelling of Much Ado About Nothing. Fillion joined the director and other “Whedonverse” alum (Amy Acker, Alexis Denisof, Clark Gregg) for Opening Night of the Seattle International Film Festival.

Fillion explains the appeal of  Whedon’s modern take on William Shakespeare’s classic romantic war of words and wits:

The new film was shot in just twelve days at Whedon’s home as part of his break after The Avengers. Fillion has worked for Whedon on Firefly, Serenity, Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Doctor Horrible’s Sing-A-Long Blog.   The star explains how being a member Continue reading
